QUALITY & EXPORT
Quality and export details for XLK fitness equipment orders
XLK confirms quality checkpoints, packing and export arrangements per model and per order. This page outlines the types of checks and documents buyers usually discuss, and what to send so XLK can reply with what applies to your shortlist.
Who this page is for
- Importers and distributors sourcing yoga, Pilates and light-training equipment
- Project and studio buyers preparing a first order
- Retail and marketplace buyers who need packing and shipping details before listing
This is a process guide, not a fixed specification. Details for your order are confirmed in writing in the quotation.
Quality checkpoints
Checks are arranged per order for the selected models. XLK does not publish a fixed public checklist, sampling ratios or pass criteria. Tell us your market or customer requirements in the enquiry and we confirm what applies.
Incoming materials
Before production for an order, XLK can arrange checks on incoming materials relevant to the selected models. Which materials and which checks apply are Confirmed on enquiry.
In-process
During production, XLK can arrange in-process checks for the selected models. Scope and timing are Confirmed on enquiry for that order.
Pre-shipment
Before goods leave for your order, XLK can arrange a pre-shipment check against the agreed models and quantities. What is reviewed for your shortlist is Confirmed on enquiry.
Third-party inspection
If your market or customer asks for an independent inspection, that can be discussed and arranged per order when you request it. Tell us the preferred timing and any inspector requirements in the enquiry; availability and logistics are Confirmed on enquiry.
Export packing
Export packing is arranged to protect the goods, keep counts clear and support shipping marks for the destination. Carton type, inner packing and marking details are Confirmed on enquiry for the selected models. This page does not list carton dimensions or pack counts.
Container loading & consolidation
Mixed-SKU packing and shared-container loading can be discussed and arranged per order when quantities and destination allow. XLK helps provide packing and loading information for your forwarder. Shipping is usually handled by the buyer’s forwarder unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Documents commonly discussed
Buyers often discuss document types such as:
