What should a fitness equipment enquiry include?

Send the product name and XLK enquiry reference, approximate quantity per model, destination country and city, intended training environment, and required configuration. Include your target delivery date as a request; it is not a confirmed lead time.

1. Identify each model before comparing quotations

Use one line per model. A flat bench, adjustable bench, power rack and cable station require different specifications. A shared category name does not establish identical dimensions, attachments or performance.

For example, the Flat Strength Bench · 300 kg listing publishes dimensions, maximum load and net weight. Confirm how the load was defined and which configuration the quotation covers. Do not use one model’s figures for another model.

2. Ask equipment-specific questions

• Benches: ask about adjustment positions, assembled and packed dimensions, upholstery options, assembly and the conditions attached to any load figure.
• Racks: request upright dimensions, hole spacing, included safeties and J-cups, installation instructions and compatibility information for the quoted configuration.
• Cable stations: request resistance configuration, pulley ratio, cable travel, attachments, floor space and maintenance information.

3. Request commercial and shipping details in writing

Ask for minimum order quantity, price validity, currency, payment terms, packing quantities, carton dimensions and weights, shipping terms and named place, estimated production timing, warranty scope and spare parts availability. 4. Match documentation to the exact product

If your project needs test reports or compliance documents, specify the destination and the document required. Ask which exact model and configuration each document covers.
